Olivier Rostaing – CEO

Olivier is a graduate from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, the National Institute of Telecom, Paris, and Cambridge University. He started as an RF engineer in 1994, deploying GSM, DCS, PCS, Iden, CDMA, and UMTS networks. He then managed several optimization and QoS programs, equipment migrations, operator transitions, and transformation programs. He worked for major telecom operators, namely Orange, AT&T, Vodafone, Cable & Wireless, and Sprint.
Since 2008 when he led a research project aiming to ensure the network efficiency and maximize its utilization for Cable & Wireless International, he has been pursuing the design of the most advanced and innovative tool in traffic prediction and capacity modelling.

Valdas Bieliauskas – COO

Valdas graduated from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania, and since then was instrumental in various RF engineering projects worldwide, consulting for companies like Nortel Networks, Lucent-Alcatel, Nokia, AT&T, Orange, Bell Canada, O2, only to name a few.
Valdas successfully established and managed several telecom and non-telecom companies involved in software development and RF engineering services. Besides Valdas’ professional knowledge of mobile RF network engineering, his main area of focus is business operations, logistics and human resource management.

Christofer Larsson – CTO

Christofer, an engineering physics graduate from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, has been working as a telecommunications professional for over two decades. In the late the 1990s, as Technical Manager at Ericsson, he was responsible for the design of a large number of built networks. Later, he worked as a consultant in network design and optimization focusing on network resilience and efficiency, and contracted by Ericsson, NSN and Netonomics. His professional experience combined with his interest in combinatorics and probability theory has led to the authoring and publication of the book “Design of Modern Communication Networks – Methods and Applications”.


Thomas Bonald

Thomas Bonald is a Professor at Telecom ParisTech  working on graph analysis, machine learning and performance analysis of communication networks and data centers. He’s the author of more than 100 scientific papers, 10 patents, and the co-author of a book on network performance analysis. He received in 2013 the Blondel medal for his works on internet traffic models.

Pierre Eisenmann

Pierre Eisenmann is a mobile industry veteran. He started his career at Schlumberger, and then joined Nortel Networks where he served as the signal processing team leader, then product marketing manager and leader of the end-to-end engineering team which he created in the early days of 3G. He worked for ZTE France as CTO and Business Unit Manager and for various start-up companies in the mobile industry, developing mobile network design and optimization tools and methodologies. He performed various missions among which helping a fixed line operator win a 4G license, creating the first PoC of Kappa for the capacity planning of a 2.5G-3G network and acting as CTO of a company bringing wifi to high speed train passengers.
Pierre graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and has an engineering degree from Telecom ParisTech.

Dr. Boudal Niang

Dr. Boudal Niang is a senior ICT/Telecom lecturer at the ITU Centre of Excellence at the Ecole Supérieure Multinationale des Télécommunications (ESMT Dakar, Senegal).
Prior to joining the ESMT, he worked as Project Manager and senior Researcher for the PROREI Research and Development Centre. Dr. Boudal Niang received his Engineer degree in Telecommunication systems and switching networks from the State University of Telecommunication (SUT) in Saint-Petersburg in 2005. In 2009, he obtained PhD in Telecommunication Systems and Computer Network from the same institution.


Vincent Dron – Financial Advisor

Vincent Dron has extensive experience in financial services, private equity, M&A and corporate finance. He has gained advisory and investment experience on capital markets and private equity, completed by more than 10 years of corporate development managing roles in international fast-growing companies.
He has been involved and managed teams on different aspects of M&A transactions: valuation, financial projections and financial analysis at Arthur Andersen, legal and financial engineering (private equity fund), origination, negotiation, deal structuring, etc.
In 2014, he founded Victeris, an advisory company headquartered in Luxembourg; the company focuses on capital markets and corporate development advisory, and accompanies entrepreneurial projects as investor or advisor.

Juan-Felipe Gonzalez – Board Member

After over 30 years in strategic sales management in the telecom and high-tech industries (artificial intelligence, software, SaaS, wireless, fibre optic, electronics, communications infrastructure, and industrial markets), Juan Felipe now invests in software startups that offer unique technologies, and follow solid business plans to change the world and make a difference. Juan Felipe holds a B.Sc., honors in chemistry, from Complutense University, Madrid, Spain, and an MBA from the School of Industrial Organization, Madrid, Spain. He has also completed executive programs from Harvard Business School in Boston, York University in Toronto, and McGill University in Montreal.

Jean-Michel Latute – Strategic Committee President

Mr Latute graduated in Civil Engineering and Telecommunications, from INSA Toulouse, ENST Paris and IAE Toulouse. He held multiple roles in Sales and Information Systems Management. He was notably Director of Information Systems at Jordan Telecom in Amman, Jordan. Since 2005, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Tele Yemen in Sana’a, a subsidiary of the Yemen Telecom Group, before joining Orange Cameroun as Managing Director.
